Along with the routine maintenance of our heat pump Aaron resolved an issue with the furnace filter. I would highly recommend the services of this company that lives up to their name.

We had the pleasure of working with Jeff for our Heating and Cooling maintenance. We just recently moved into the home (first time home buyers) and didn't know what to expect, not only from him but also from the system installed in our home. Jeff did a thorough inspection of both our A/C unit and our Heating unit and explained all the details in words a normal human could understand. He explained the type of air filters we should use, the reasoning why our A/c wasn't reaching out top floor and answered any questions we had. He completely put us at ease. I have never felt more comfortable and at home with someone providing me with a service like this. He was kind, on time, understanding and not pushy like most service providers. I am having HVAC issues and I used this company before when my heat wouldn’t shut off. They’re a wonderful company to work with! Incredibly professional. Communication is amazing, arrives right on time. I moved to a mfg home that was just a party house before and never taken care of but from domestic violence so it’s safe yet needs a lot of work. I was literally having a heating emergency. My furnace wouldn’t shut off and I reached out to Over The Top and they sent someone out. Had to re-wire everything due to previous people who lived here. My house was 95° when we got home & heat would not shut off, even though I had shut the system off before leaving for work. Over The Top Heating went above & beyond to come and help me! Absolutely professional, very affordable. They came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend this company to anyone.
