I am having HVAC issues and I used this company before when my heat wouldn’t shut off. They’re a wonderful company to work with! Incredibly professional. Communication is amazing, arrives right on time. I moved to a mfg home that was just a party house before and never taken care of but from domestic violence so it’s safe yet needs a lot of work. Over The Top Heating and Air has helped me understand exactly what I need done. They’re affordable. Give you options and I will always use them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was literally having a heating emergency. My furnace wouldn’t shut off and I reached out to Over The Top and they sent someone out. Had to re-wire everything due to previous people who lived here. My house was 95° when we got home & heat would not shut off, even though I had shut the system off before leaving for work. Over The Top Heating went above & beyond to come and help me! Absolutely professional, very affordable. They came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend this company to anyone.

We highly recommend Over the Top Heating and air. Jeff and Aaron arrived on time, took the time to answer questions we had, then went straight to work installing our heat pump. They paused along the way to update us on their progress and to show us some of the inner workings. Once the install was complete, they provided instructions and valuable information about the smart thermostat. They fully cleaned up after their work and hauled away the pieces of our old system. We are very grateful for their expertise... THANK YOU OVER THE TOP!!
